Wild Garlicky Fiddlehead Ferns (my answer to GMO’s)

Fiddlehead ferns gently sauteed with garlic and herbs are tender, flavorful, with just a bit of a crispness left to them. They taste somewhat like asparagus. Very delicious……and very wild.
