Is Lacto-Fermented Homemade Ketchup Worth the Trouble?

Most store-bought ketchup has high fructose corn syrup, and since my “food conversion” I’ve always bought organic. Recently I wanted to give homemade ketchup a try, and it was not difficult to make. Not at all. First I’ll tell you how I did it, then I’ll share my conclusions and let you know if I’ll do it again.
