Roz Mignogna

Real Food Family, written by Roz Mignogna, is a hub for everything related to nourishing whole foods and natural living. Real Food Family is about real family life- eating, cleaning, having fun, and trying to live a life that not only nourishes the body, but nourishes the soul.

Roz Mignogna is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with a bachelor’s degree in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College (Vermont). Roz is also a DONA Certified Birth Doula, and co-chapter leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation of South Orange County, CA . Roz’s career began on the stage, and before she started working with nutrition and food, she was an original cast member of the Broadway Musical “Wicked” in Chicago. She went on to perform with Wicked’s 1st National Tour and Los Angeles productions before starting a family. She now is the director of a performing arts program for a private high school in Orange County. Roz has two daughters who were both born naturally, the second born at home. Real Food Family features a weekly meal planning subscription service called Real Food Weekly , as well as a cookbook written by Roz Mignogna entitled, Complete Guide to REAL FOOD, A Meal Planning Cookbook. Real Food Family is designed to teach, encourage, and motivate families to make real food and nutrition a possibility in their real lives.
